From live event production to venue management, catering and sales - I’ve worked in every part of hospitality. I’ve taken everything I’ve learned to help create better spaces that stay booked.

After ten years in the hospitality industry, I understand what happens when purpose and efficiency collide to create great spaces and even better events. My purpose is to help venues deliver high quality options to customers and guests, from the beginning, with the most efficient and effective operational components in mind.

Creating spaces and events with purpose, intention and fostering a healthy working environment are my top priorities. Everyone is capable of building a confident, energized, effective team and I’m here to help pin point exactly what you need to grow your event business.

Whether you are building out a new space or refreshing a space for a new chapter, I work to ensure you are maximizing efficiency and outfitting your space to stay booked and busy!

PRE-OPENING

  • Participate in site inspections before buying a space, land or overtaking venues

  • Conduct site inspections on pre-existing build-outs to help determine event capabilities, blind spots and overall flow of the space to maximize revenues

  • Work closely with design/architects to ensure event systems are well thought out and included in master plan

  • Consult on vendor selection + partnerships such as: in-house AV, stages, bathrooms, bar services, food services, etc. and help negotiate contracts

LAUNCH

  • Develop all event systems - SOPs, templates, event sales and marketing decks, sales goals and strategies before opening

  • Hire, train and coach sales teams

  • Build efficiencies within sales department to develop long-term success

  • Create menus and offerings that are profitable, practical and executable for large scale events

  • Work closely with chefs, operations, general managers and FOH + BOH teams to make sure event goals and systems line up with the venue’s overall goals and long-term vision

  • Create yearly P&L, budgets and sales goals for each space

ONGOING SUCCESS

  • Coach sales team

  • Maintain pipeline and client relationships

  • Continue to consult on yearly sales goals based on performance

  • Help update event software, templates, training materials, as needed
